Shortsville Firemen's Carnival Attractions
Amusement Rides
Some of the nicest and cleanest carnival rides around.
The ride are provided by Ontario Amusements Inc. of Oswego, New York.
The are many to choose from for any age to enjoy.
(Each night there is a "Pay One Price" ride special and a Saturday matinee)
The Midway
The Midway is big with many different games and food for your liking.
The midway is made up of different game and food trailers.
They are contracted with Ontario Amusements to create a much bigger and better attractive carnival.
Fireworks
The Shortsville Firemen's Carnival has one of the best fireworks displays in the area.
The fireworks display is about a 1/2 hour long on Saturday night starting at 10:30pm. (weather permitting).
The fireworks are brought to you by:
Young Explosives Inc. of Farmington, New York.
Local Churches and Organizations
The local churches and other Shortsville & Manchester organizations booths are under the tent at the Carnival.
The tent is west of the Firemen's Food Stand and the Rod & Gun Club is to the east of the Firemen's Food Stand.
Check these organizations & churches out. They have many different delicious foods and deserts you will love.
Firemen's Food & Famous Fried Dough Stand
The Firemen's Food Stand is in the block building at the foot of the hill (Bangs Hill) next to headquarters.
The firemen always serve the best Zweigles red & white hot dogs. Many people rave about our 1/4 lb ground round hamburgers and cheese burgers too. The all famous Zweigles Italian Sausage is a BIG hit.
We serve 5 different Pepsi products and the best Firemen's fried dough you will ever taste. All at reasonable prices.
Make sure you get your fried dough early before the Fireworks on Saturday night!
Live Music Each Night
"LIVE MUSIC" every night at the Shortsville Carnival.
Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights we feature local bands from the area.
These bands are popular bands playing your favorite music of country and rock.
Bring your lawn chair and a light jacket and enjoy each night of free music near the beer stand.
Parking is free & No cover charge.

Gambling & Cake Booth
Gambling is open for anyone 18 and over.
(located under the pavilion)
Try your luck at the Big 6, Beat the Dealer or have fun with the Pull Tabs.
"All persons entering the gambling and beer stand area will be proofed of age"

Win A Cake at the Firemen's Cake Booth! (under the tent)
ATTENTION SHORTSVILLE RESIDENCES.....
Please donate a cake or bake goods for the cake booth. We will bring a cake box to you and come and pick them up for your convenience.

Firemen's Beer Stand
The Beer Stand is open to anyone that is 21 or older.
The Beer Stand is located under the pavilion.
There are different beers on tap. Wine coolers are also available.

Children are allowed with a parent.
